C'est Fini

Okay, for those of you dying to know how the 6 Pack in 6 Weeks workout went for me, I'd have to say it was successful. Not necessarily because I got a 6-pack. I'm sure if I'd kept to the diet I would have gotten a 6-pack, but I ate pretty poorly. I'm still working out every morning and sometimes eating better, sometimes not. Either way, the working out helps.

It's mostly that I'm toned and not as fluffy on the sides. The part on my ribcage got trimmer, too. Summer's coming up and I've got a season pass to go to Raging Waters and I am going to take advantage of it as much as I can!
