New Calling

I have found my new calling in life and that is to be a professional squirrel photographer. These pictures are a little rough, but with a little bit of practice, I could be amazing!

See how he/she hunkers down on the branch to get a better look at me?

Then he/she got closer.

I only had morsels of leftover food on my tupperware. There was a big chunk of dried tomato sauce, so I shared it with him/her.

He/she ran back up the tree to eat it and liked it so much that he/she came back over to me for some more.

Look how fuzzy and soft his/her fur is. I love you so much, squirrel.

All right, all right, I will send you the picture. My goodness aren't you a bit blunt.

You will make an excellent professional squirrel photographer. I can't think of any that equal you or are better. You will stun the world.

Kim, it's not always about you, or me for that matter. This time it was about the squirrel.

And all you need to do is e-mail me one picture. That's all I need. You don't need to put them all on disk. Just an e-mail.

Have you seen the small furry creatures featured in Amy Sedarus's book, I Like You? I think she even has a heroin/cheese dip recipe with felt squirrel craft project to place on the side or the dish. I don't know if you would like this or not. Check it out and let me know.

Um...Andi, I checked out this book and hello, yes, I love it! It's so crazy because squirrels and cheese heroin are two of my favorite things.

I didn't realize you weren't kidding about squirrels. They are glorified mice you know.

I think you should know that there are definite risks in squirrel photography.

Cindy,

Look into the squirrel's eyes and you will see something squirrel-ish in your heart. Furry and fun with a prance for that which you have yet to become. shhh. Look, listen, be. Become the squirrel. Don't break the silence of that which is squirrely in your heart of hearts.

I still worry about squirrles as being the more sophisticated carriers of the new black plague.

Azucar, those old people must have done something to incur that squirrel's wrath.

Marshall, thanks.

Cammie, you seem to be the only person who truly understands me.

Jefe, your concerns are valid.

Like being old?

I totally get that.

The squirrel was probably stuck behind an old person in traffic and it just got irritated.

O.K. if friendship and touristing san fran hasn't brought you here, than definety, you must come for the squirels. we have a pet black squirrel family living in our back yard, and if you bring food to the park you will most definely be proved wrong about your comment to azucar's warning.

i believe this is the squirrels are gaining power, numbers, and confidence in this city. it's getting scary.

i'm still in love with your squirrel city sceherihvoiofskslesenite, though.
